Responsibility of Use

By using Deepack’s AI-based inspection platform, users agree to operate the system in accordance with applicable laws, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations. Deepack is not liable for misuse, misinterpretation of inspection results, or unintended consequences due to incorrect setup or modification.

Our solution is intended to support, not replace, your internal quality assurance. Use of the platform implies agreement with these terms.

Data Collection & Model Training

To continuously improve our AI performance, Deepack may collect anonymized image data from customer production environments. Data is only collected with customer consent, and all data remains confidential and securely stored.

Customers retain ownership of their raw production data. Deepack’s models are trained only on data permitted under mutual agreement.

Intellectual Property & Updates

Deepack retains all rights to its proprietary software, AI models, and interfaces. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the system as per the signed agreement.

AI updates, improvements, and defect classification enhancements may be pushed automatically. Major updates will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

While Deepack enhances detection accuracy, no vision system guarantees 100% fault detection. We are not liable for production errors, missed defects, or losses stemming from misuse, misconfiguration, or environmental limitations.

Privacy Policy Overview

1. Deepack’s systems are developed in line with the latest data privacy standards.
2. Collected data will never be shared with third parties without written consent.
3. Personal and production data (including images and operator feedback) are handled securely.
4. Customers will be notified of any changes to these terms or our data handling practices.
